Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira (born May 26th 1978) was born in the city of Campinas in Sao Paulo. She's appeared on screen in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira has been an active participant in the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime since March 2020. She is currently an analyst managing the Assassination Witness project and an integral member of the the GI-TOC's multilateral engagement group. The GI TOC's research focuses on the assassination of people (including disappearances) as well as violence and other types of crime related to illicit economics. Apart from criminal organized, her work is focused on human rights implications as well as human rights law in the international context. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) with an LL.M. Fundacao Getulio Vargas has awarded her with an LL.M. cum laude in Public Law. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She is a licensed lawyer, having practised at the law firm that focused on legal issues involving public law for more than four years. Her past experiences also included working with roles in non-governmental organizations headquartered in Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
